You do realize after spending about $40-70K on the masters degree, you will make far, far less than you would with a BS in Chem E, right? But if that's your choice, best thing to do is look at US and World News reports for school rankings, graduate edition. You can also do some additional research online (this assumes you want a US institution, although you can look online for international universities too.) You won't go wrong if you look a strong schools like Berkeley, UCLA, MIT, etc, if they offer what you are looking for. Try some top universities from US&W News report, and call/write/google/visit them to see if you can enter one of their programs. You may need to enter as business and/or art, and tailor your classes and education to fit your desires. Whatever you decide, good luck.
