There is so much lab time required in the first three or four semesters of photography, it would be nearly impossible to get the same quality instruction you get when interacting with your instructor during the process of developing your film looking at your contacts with the instructor and then printing them for the best print using your fellow students and the instructor for ideas on how to best print your images. A: I think my classes are running about $150 per credit hour. My books and all software are included. Everything is updated. I am attending Virginia College Online. May I ask which one you plan on attending? The reason I ask is because I tried University of Phoenix and it was horrible!! They were over priced and I did not learn a thing. The courses were 5 weeks and then you have 1 week off. We did not even tough the books that were given to us. The classes were disorganized. A: It's unlikely you'll find any school with a real estate major - typically they offer one course on real estate. Major in Business and take the real estate course as an elective. University of Phoenix is online and accredited. Independent Real Estate schools offer classes toward obtaining your Real Estate License - but this is not a degree.

A: Most associate's degrees are vocational (computer science, mortuary science, etc.), but some are in "liberal studies," meaning study in the humanities. No associate's degree is specifically in African-American studies. I suggest you take a look at online courses offered through state universities. Many offer courses in African-American studies. If you are sufficiently committed, and take your other "General Education" courses online as well, you could eventually earn a bachelor's degree with a major in African-American studies. I've placed some links below that will help you find state universities that offer online courses. Do a bit more research, and look for the one that offers the most online courses in African-American studies. Keep in mind that African-American studies courses often are offered by departments of English, History, American Studies, Ethnic Studies, Religious Studies, Sociology, and sometimes, but not often, even Psychology. A: Look into local community colleges. Most of them offer online courses, and finding art history courses online shouldn't be too difficult (especially if you live in an metropolitan area.) Be wary of online "colleges" that don't have a physical campus. And consider taking some of your classes on campus, either during the day or at night.

A: The key element that you should look for in an online degree it to make sure that the school is regionally accredited. A few states (Colorado and Mississippi, I know off the bat) have a virtual community college site where you can take online courses from almost any of their community colleges.
