Q: What's an interesting and fun training course do do through work?
My lovely boss is wanting to send me on a training course but I can't think of anything fun to learn. He drives racing cars and I am his PA so I guess it should have some relevancy to that. Fun and exciting ideas anyone?
A: It would help if I knew what type of business you work at!! and it seems like a waste of company money to send you on a course about racing cars if it has nothing to do with the business. Is his business racing cars?? if so as his assistant courses that would help and still be interesting to you might be those dealing with marketing ,event planning, promotions, publicity, and graphic design these are all focused on the area around promoting the race car and it;s driver etc. and can be valuable in any job.
Q: I just resigned my position with a company after the training course. Is it professional to inform the others?
I just resigned my position with a company after the training course. Is it professional to inform the others via an Email?
I went through a training program over the weekend, and changed my mind about working for the company because of various reasons. I have the Email address of the other attendees, and wondered if it would be professional to inform them of my decision, without telling them the reason for my decision, or just let the trainer inform them herself when she sees them again at the end of the week?
A: It would not be professional to inform everyone. Certainly if you made any friends during the class it would be okay to let them know. You never know, you may change your mind again, so you should not do antyhting to offend the employer.
Q: What is the best Excel training course (online or in-house) for a professional entering the finance field?
I am looking for a professional, paid, course in Excel that will be thorough and explain all of the functions needed for financial reporting. I do not need VBA-- but in depth training of sorting/pivot tables/etc are needed. A full one, or two day course is what I envision.

Q: How long is a teacher training course in the UK?
I'm wantin'g to take a teacher training course in yorkshire and would like to know how long the course is and if there is more than one option?
Perhaps I should have mentioned that I only want to teach adults in evening classes.
A: You could look into doing a certificate in teaching adult learners. I did one and it was a city and guilds qualification, the level one certificate only took about 6 weeks -including one intensive weekend of training and then evening classes.
Check with your local adult education centre or on learn direct to find courses in your area.

Q: I want to start investing and buying shares etc. What is a good training course / degree to do for this?
Its for personal use. Not for business. Is there training for investors/investments? What is a good course to do?
A: Economics degree?
or perhaps a Masters in Insolvency or Corporate Law
Q: what supplies do you need to start a small football training course in you neighborhood?
i was trying to start a football training course for middle schoolers until my mother said you need to get insurance stuff covered and crap. can you tell me all the necessities to run a "legal" training that allows me to earn money?
A: You need to take a life scan and definitely get insurance.
Q: How much is a VNA forklift training course cost for a novice?
I was looking for VNA forklift training school and most run a five day course for novice drivers but none say the costs envolved. has anybody got any idea of how much it costs and where is a good place to go in the east midlands?
A: My Fiancee recently did forklift training. We had to pay for it because he works but some borough's give free training and also if you are on job seekers you can get free training. Unfortunately he was only entitled to a career development loan. Anyway he did 3 days Counter Balance course and 1 day Reach Truck course and I think it cost £750.00.
Q: I am looking for a military style training course in the Houston area. Where can I find one?
The kind of training course I am looking for is similar to what you see in most military movies. You run for about a quarter of a mile, then you have an obstical you have to get past, such as swinging ropes, a wall climb, run through tires, crawling under beams, or a balance beam. Then you will run another quarter mile, then deal with the next obstical.
Does anyone know of where I can find one of these in the Houston area? Preferably, inside the loop.
A: I don't think they just put military training courses out in the open where the public can play around on them.
Q: Is anyone willing to pay for my CNA training course for a student in Philadelphia?
I'm taking a certified nurse aide training course but don't have the money to pay as of next week. Is anyone willing to help me pay for it? I will repay if no charity if necessary.
A: Go to your school and explain your problem, They may be able to take a down or help you apply for financial aid. If already employed as a NA many employers will pay for this course and test.
Q: What good books did you use in your TEFL training course?
I have never had formal TEFL training but I have lots of teaching experience in China and US. I am applying for a new job and want to go over the theories, practices etc. before my interview just to make sure it is solid. What books did you use for the course? I would like to go buy a comprehensive one.
Thanks.
A: Many TEFL training schools use a book they've written or composed themselves. As most schools today subscribe to the same communicative-based method and approaches, a lot of these books are similar.
If you want to find some comprehensive books, check out the following:
Swan, Michael (the master of English grammar) "Practical English Usage" and his "How English Works". These are essential grammar books.
Scrivener, Jim "Learning Teaching" is a comprehensive ESL book. Follow this link to the amazon page and you can find a bunch of other related books:

Q: Is there any short-term training course of Graphic Design?
Hi, everyone, I am a Chinese from China. I really want to learn some Graphic Design courses in abroad. Does anyone have some suggestion? I want to learn it by western style and view, that's why I want to go abroad to learn. I wonder if there is some short-term training course for it too.
Thank you so much.
A: The minimum degree for a career in graphic design is an associate degree, which is typically a two-year program. You may be able to find a few technical colleges with a one-year program. (Avoid any schools offering a career diploma or certificate of achievement - these are offered by unaccredited schools and will not get you a job in the industry.)
Q: Do you need a parent to be with you in order to take a snowmobile training course?

Q: how do i apply hair extensions without doing a training course?
all my friends want hair extensions but its so expensive to get it done at the hair dressers. I would love to be able to apply hair extensions, but how do i do it without going on an expensive training course? i would like to know how i apply pre-boned hair extensions and the ones with the links that you just push together to secure the extenstion to the hair.... how do i parten the hair? do i just parten half the hair and only do one line or do i parten the hair a few times to add different lengths? what tools do i need for each method?
A: Wow!
Applying hair extensions is kind of serious business. Depending on which method you use, some are easier than others, I'll tell you that much... You can cause alopecias, baldness, scalp irritations, etc., unintentionally cause the client to lose part or sections of their own natural hair, tear or injure the skin on your client's scalp, or damage the client's own personal hair if you're using any of the bonding methods...
Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT saying that you have to take the training course, but maybe YOU should go to a salon and get them yourself so you can personally see how it's done, what it feels like, and so forth. Then maybe you would have a leg to stand on when you begin experimenting on your victims, er, I mean friends. Hehe. (Kidding)
Good luck, be well, and try to get some first-hand information before you get them into your chair. =)
Q: What's a good motorcycle (easy&light 2 handle) for a mid-twenties beginner that completed the training course?
I've already completed the training course and have my motorcycle license. I'm nervous about being able to handle the motorcyle, I don't want ne thing too heavy. I need it to get around town and to ride on the freeway for short distances. I need something cheap to save gas, but don't want something I can't handle and wind up getting hurt. Thanks!
A: I was in your spot about a year ago. I tried a few different bikes, but settled on a Kawasaki Ninja 250. You'll find them for sale (cheap) everywhere, and should be about right for your riding purposes.
The power is great for beginners, as it is not overwhelming, but has enough to easily bring a full sized adult up to freeway speeds, and will maintain them without harming the engine at all. It is a sportbike, but one of the most user friendly models around! It is light, and is great fun to run around town on. I consistently get about 68-70 mpg.
I would suggest some of the cruisers, as well, but they can feel a bit overwhelming with the weight. The smaller engine sized bikes won't take you up to freeway speeds. I would suggest not getting a Honda Rebel 250 or similar, as I believe you would be disappointed in the bike.
Q: Is there an alcohol related drivers training course online?
